Room size in the Standard Queen Room was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable for my family. Breakfast buffet offered a good variety and location is fantastic, close to attractions.

Room sizes need a serious rethink!!! The layout is as cramped as a train bogey. Bathrooms feel claustrophobic with minimal space to move!!! Basic toiletries should be standard, not requested!!! This hotel needs to address its crowd control during busy check-outs.

I stayed in the Superior Queen Room for 3 nights. The room was okay, but the drainage system was really poor. I had a hard time taking a shower. Also, the towels and linens were dirty, which was super disappointing. I expected better from an IHG hotel. On the bright side, the location was central, making it easy to get around the city, but overall, the room lacked basic comfort and cleanliness.

The Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills By Ihg is a great choice for a relaxing stay! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. I loved how the modern, clean rooms provided all the comforts, like a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries. Plus, the buffet breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the comfy beds which helped me get a great night's sleep and the complimentary breakfast that had a nice variety. There’s a cozy lounge area and a fun game room for some downtime. The only downside was a slight wait at check-in, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. I enjoyed that there was a water dispenser with hot and cold water available, which made things convenient.

The stay was chill and comfortable. The location was great, just a hop to some good restaurants and shops. The breakfast was really good, and the room was cozy, though the bed was a bit hard for my liking. There's no in-house restaurant, which was kinda a bummer for late-night snacks.
